■ Specification, material and style of sterilization

■ Product package
200 pcs/bunch, or PE bag, Exterior A = A corrugated paper, interior PE bag. The volume of boxes can be adjusted according to customer’s requirement.

■ Using area
Applicable to various medical institutions and medical equipment manufacturers, such as using for sterilized packaging of Medical catheter, indwelling needle, probe, and so more expensive, large or acute angle weight of medical equipment

■ Using method
⑴Choose the right sterilized bags according to the size of items. Put the clean and dry items into the sterilized Paper-Poly Bag, the items should not exceed 3 / 4 space of the sterilized bag to guarantee a sufficient closure, otherwise the burst possibility of sterilized bags will be increased.

⑵Sharp instruments should be placed contrary from the stripping direction, to ensure safety.

⑶Close the bag with sealing machine and write down the sterilized time, content and use information; Keep 1-2.5cm distance from the stripping place while sealing the bag.

⑷Thermal cover should combine with the plastic surface of sterilized bag; Thermal sealing temperature is 140-180° C; Pressure 0.15kg/cm2, the delay time is 4-6S. (Based on the difference between performance of equipment, and security of sterilized packaging products, the parameters should be officially confirmed before using)

⑸Put the closed sterilized bags in the related sterilized equipments, and sterilize according to relevant international standard requirements.

⑹Should confirm if the discoloration of chemical indicator is consistent with the discoloration of the sterilized bags after sterilize.

⑺The products can not be used immediately after sterilize, they should be stored in cool, dry, ventilation and non-corrosive gas environments.

⑻The sterilized bag should be torn by the unsealed direction. Should be holding two torn edge while dissecting, and open it with uniform balance.

⑼Steam sterilization should be used in six months; ETO sterilization should be used in 24 months.
